Empires of Heaven is a proposed game world, set in an alternate late Steampunk (elements of Victorian, Roaring 20's) setting with a heavy Gnostic worldview.
Like all RPG settings by Other Court Games, Empires of Heaven will belong to the multiple reality 'verse, with full crossover potential planned.
